This is a picture of one of the shops selling all the Chinese New Year decorations. Chinese New Year is in February.
This was at a restaurant at the nice hotel across the street where we went for dim sum. Thought these were kind of neat....

hey George,
this is the tuesday night dinner club. we just finished our feast of ground turkey in a meatloaf. we were going to have fish heads in light of the fact that you are in china, but the fish monger ran out.
anyway, we are thinking about you and wish you well.
