Hello- Melissa here again! George is tired but did not want to neglect the blog so he sent in a replacement. He is doing really well. His legs are still very achy but he says it is a good ache. So we'll take it. He was amazing in therapy today. He was walking so well. We normally walk (when without the walker) with his arm around my shoulder and today we walked just holding hands. He was also standing (briefly) on one foot! I am very happy with his progress. Everyone is commenting on how well he is doing. He has also been told that there has been improvement with his speech. It is hard for me to notice things because I am with him all the time, but when others point it out it is very exciting. Above is a picture of George balancing with his therapist Olivia. He can walk these bars without holding on. He goes slowly but he can do it. That is all for now... George will write more soon.

finally a post!!!! we were all waiting with our proverbially bated breath over here. i kept checking what time it was over there, it's becoming a bit of an obsession! so nice to see the pictures and that George is doing so well with the therapy. When is the second injection?

it's Gary writing you I was just reading all the post that you had left for us and it's great to see that ur making progress we can't be any happier we just hope it continues. Tia Deolinda was beside me and I was translating what the posts had said and she was really excited to hear and see that things are going well she sends her hello's and prayers with the rest of us...George it's good to see that your sense of humour is still in tact...all the best to you George and Melissa
